What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), Net Banking (All major Indian banks), PayPal (for international customers), and Bank Transfer (for enterprise clients).

Do you provide GST invoices?

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting and a 7-day money-back guarantee on VPS hosting. Try us risk-free.

Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?

Absolutely. All our plans are available in monthly, yearly, and biennial billing cycles. Yearly and biennial plans come with significant discounts.

What happens if I don't renew on time?

We send multiple reminders before expiry. After expiry, there's a 7-day grace period during which you can still renew. After 30 days, the account and data may be permanently deleted.

Technical Questions

Do you provide free SSL certificates?

Yes! Every hosting account includes a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate. It's automatically installed and renewed.

Can I host multiple websites on one account?

Yes, depending on your plan. The Starter plan allows 1 website, Business allows 5, and Enterprise allows 25.

Do you offer automatic backups?

Daily automatic backups are included in Business and Enterprise plans. Starter plan users can purchase backups as an add-on or create manual backups.

What PHP version do you support?

We support PHP 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3. You can switch between versions from your control panel.
