2. Money-Back Guarantee
2.1 Shared Hosting - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans for new customers.
Eligibility:
- First-time purchases only
- Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Account must not have violated Terms of Service or AUP
Exclusions:
- Domain registration fees (non-refundable)
- SSL certificates (non-refundable once issued)
- Setup fees, if any
- Add-on services
2.2 VPS Hosting - 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on VPS hosting for new customers.
Eligibility:
- First-time VPS purchases only
- Request must be made within 7 days of activation
- Server must not have exceeded 50GB bandwidth usage
3. Refund Amounts

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers
- SSL certificates (once issued)
- Dedicated IP addresses (once allocated)
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
- Services used beyond the money-back guarantee period
- Setup or migration fees
- Third-party licenses
- Renewal purchases (only first purchase qualifies)
5. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your WebHostNet.in account
- Open a support ticket with subject "Refund Request"
- Provide: Your account username, reason for refund, invoice number
- Wait for confirmation (1-2 business days)

6. Refund Processing

7. Prorated Refunds
For services cancelled after the money-back guarantee period:
- Monthly plans: No refund for current month
- Yearly/Biennial plans: No prorated refunds after 30 days
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- You will be responsible for chargeback fees (up to ₹1,500)
- You may be prohibited from future purchases

9. Service Credits
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer service credits that can be applied to future purchases or renewals.
